About the role:

We are looking for a driven and organized intern who wants to gain valuable experience as an Executive Assistant. In this role, you will work closely with our CEO and support her in daily operations. This is a unique opportunity to gain insight into corporate management and develop your administrative and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the CEO with calendar management and meeting bookings
  • Prepare and compile reports and presentations
  • Participate in meetings and take meeting notes
  • Conduct research and gather data for various projects
  • Other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Ongoing or completed education in business administration, administration, or similar
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Independent and proactive work style
